feat(customer-management): 迭代风险标签复核机制与列表 KPI
...
法务标签改用打标时间/复核周期/下次复核时间，移除 Drawer 内完成复核流程并推送法务工作台待办；列表 KPI 调整为五类卡片，新增页对齐地址解析与合作状态，并同步 PRD 与标注源。

- 车辆氢费明细对接 h2VehicleLedgerBridge；移除 vehicle-management-clay
