ci/woodpecker/manual/woodpecker Pipeline was successful

Details

ci: add woodpecker pipeline, Dockerfile and deploy configs

Mirrors the oneos- project layout: multi-stage node:22 → nginx:alpine
build, Woodpecker pipeline that tags images as <branch>-<pkg-version>
and pushes to harbor.lnh2e.com/lingniu-v1/bi, and a swarm-style
docker-compose for deployment.

Run Locally

Prerequisites: Node.js

Install dependencies: npm install
Set the GEMINI_API_KEY in .env.local to your Gemini API key
Run the app: npm run dev
