按月拆分Excel + 业务员/车辆维度 实现计划

For agentic workers: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (- [ ]) syntax for tracking.

Goal: 将单文件Q1汇总重构为3个月度独立Excel每个文件新增12个业务员sheet和1个车辆考核追踪sheet。

Architecture: 将现有 generate_q1_summary.py 拆分为 calc_engine.py(计算引擎,不变)+ excel_writer.pyExcel输出含新sheet+ main.py入口按月循环生成。计算引擎从原脚本提取Excel输出按月独立调用。

Tech Stack: Python 3, openpyxl


Task 1: 提取计算引擎到 calc_engine.py
