迭代 ONE-OS 多原型：租赁台账与租赁合同增强，加氢站站点独立原型与氢费数据桥接

- 租赁业务台账：空值留白、排序/列宽拖拽、操作列与交互优化
- 租赁合同：列表展开列合并、在租明细弹窗、编辑回填与样式修复
- 加氢站：新增站点信息独立原型，订单/记录页与共享样式调整
- 车辆氢费明细对接 h2VehicleLedgerBridge；移除 vehicle-management-clay
- 同步 sidebar-tree 与标注提取 output
